All vendors must pre-register, there is a limited number of tables on a first come, first served basis. Table registration includes one admission.

Registration will only be confirmed once both registration form and EFT/CC has been received.

We cannot guarantee any specific table or location. 115 ac power is available at SOME tables, BUT WE CANNOT PROMISE anyone that they will have access to it

Register prior to October 22, 2024 with Hamfest Co-ordinator at hamfest@yrarc.org to be sure we bring enough exams
Refreshments available for a fee – muffins, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cold pop, bottled water
